Hey everyone, happy new year : )
As much as some people would think I'm a little strange, I love sad music. I've recently discovered a couple of songs I love in this sort of group, such as the following;
Don't Jump - Tokio Hotel
Too Bad - Nickelback
All of Between The Trees' songs
All of Biffy Clyro's songs
Most of Three Days Grace's songs
Outlaws of Love - Adam Lambert
Some of Evanescence's songs
When She Cries - Britt Nicole
If You Knew - Joel Faviere
Bullet - Hollywood Undead
Some of Brooke Fraser's songs
etc.

I'm looking for more songs like these. Not all of these are sad as such, like Biffy Clyro and Between The Trees, and I don't mind if it's rock, pop, rap, anything. Some of the songs in that list are from music genres that I didn't expect to like, but now can't stop listening to. Any songs that have a sad aspect to them, I don't mind what. I find them beautiful, and I can relate to a lot of the ones on the list.
(Just to point out, this is not the only thing I listen to, I love happy upbeat music too!)
And just to make this less of a chore, if you have a song that you really like, no matter what it's about, tell me, I'd love to check it out : ) I'm just looking for more music!
Thanks guys!!

If you like extremely depressing music, check out The Smiths.

I know they don't sound anything like the bands you've named, but every one of their songs has extremely depressing lyrics. (okay, maybe not all of them, but most of them)

Examples of their songs:

Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now

The Boy With The Thorn in His Side
Jane
