Need help identifying a song I heard on the Radio ?

Well yesterday I was in the car listening to the radio when I heard a song come up it sounded really good. It sounded like a party song something you could dance to I think (can't really remember) I've been looking everywhere on youtube but the song I'm looking for doesn't come up. The only lyrics I remember were "now your just somebody that I used to know" , when i search it up on youtube it comes up with some naked guy singing lol :s.
anyway if anyone knows the song I'd appreciate it :))

The naked guy singing is from the video clip to that song aha...that is the right song
