Good German music? Megaherz, Rammstein, Revolverheld, Tokio Hotel (really emo though), Fettes Brot, etc.
Try limewire or google pre-searched mp3 sites. Preview songs on youtube beforehand..or else you may be disappointed.

Go on line to German Songs and add the word translated to English. I hope this helps. I tried to get some translations of words from the music of Bach and was not successful. I hope you have good luck.
